Our experience with Brian and the team at Jardon was exceptional. They delivered our latest Sales Hub, which included some highly detailed construction elements, with outstanding quality and to a tight timeframe. The 9 Yarra Street project involved constructing an additional level on top of an existing 15-level building to increase our Net Leasing Area without creating a new carbon footprint. With significant logistical challenges, given the constrained site and fully tenanted office building, we engaged Jardon on an ECI agreement to work closely with us and the architect to provide a seamless transition from design to construction.

Thank you for the beautiful clubhouse that you delivered, I was just so impressed that it was delivered on time and with a hyper willingness to get defects done and rectified. I thought that the built quality was just next level, particularly considering the complexity of the design and build.

9 Yarra Street exemplifies the value in the right team collaborating through an ECI process. Due to the inherent complexities of adding a level to a tenanted 15 storey building, we began working with Jardon from the inception of the project. This ensured that as a team, we delivered a great outcome for the client, maximising their NLA in a timely and cost-efficient way.

This unique and challenging design presented many opportunities for the design team in collaboration with Jardon Group to arrive achievable and realistic options to ensure adherence to the design intent and to collaborate in producing a quality project result.

Their focus on quality was evident from day one, but what gave us real confidence was the way they managed the clubhouse after handover. Mitch and his project team remained accessible, attentive and genuinely invested throughout the Defects Liability Period.

Anything that required attention was addressed promptly and with minimal disruption. Communication was clear, and there was a consistent sense of accountability.

It all started when I met the Jardon team. They are professional, knowledgeable and thoughtful, and totally understood what I wanted to achieve. They maintained all of the old bits and reused so many pieces that were existing. The project was tricky, also keep in mind The Hat Factory has a tricky owner!

During the build, it was fun with lots of open discussion and fabulous suggestions to solve any problems. Bud, who was the site manager for The Hat Factory, made my build a joy and I was so grateful for his patience and support. I would have thought during COVID and all of the craziness that it would have been a nightmare, but Jardon did not miss a beat. Today I live in my beautiful Hat Factory and I absolutely love it!!!
